Return & Refund Policy – Women’s Jewellery Products

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7–10 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items such as earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalized/customized jewellery, and discounted or clearance products are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on eligibility.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size or design issues, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Conditions

Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Any item showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item.
